Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Football Owner iOS game. It is short, because the game collects nothing.

Who is responsible

Football Owner is published by Sommer Ventures ApS, an anpartsselskab registered in Denmark under CVR number 46590538. We can be reached at hello@sommerventures.dk.

1. Data we collect

None. Football Owner does not collect, transmit or store any personal data. The game is entirely offline and single-player: it performs no network requests, so no information about you or your play ever reaches us or anybody else. There is no account, no sign-in, and no user profile.

2. Your saved games

Your saved games are stored as ordinary files in the app's private storage on your own device. They never leave it. Deleting the app deletes them.

If you have iCloud backup enabled on your device, your app data may be included in that device backup. That backup is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and we have no access to it.

3. Advertising, analytics and tracking

There is none of it. The game contains no advertising, no ad networks, no analytics, no crash reporting, no cookies and no third-party software development kits. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and there is nothing for us to sell, because we hold nothing.

4. Support emails

If you choose to email us for support, we of course receive your email address and whatever you write to us. We use it solely to answer you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in supporting our products, and we delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed. Emailing us is entirely voluntary. The game itself never sends us anything.

5. Children

Football Owner is safe for all ages in this respect: it collects no data from anybody, children included.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port any personal data a company holds about you. In our case there is nothing to access or erase, because the game holds no data about you. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to hello@sommerventures.dk and we will delete it.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In Denmark that is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).

7. Changes to this policy

If a future version of Football Owner ever collects data, for example if we add online features, we will update this page before that version ships, and change the date below. The current version always lives at this URL.
